At Smiles and Styles, I specialize in a variety of protective and natural hairstyles including braids, locs, twists, sew-ins, kids’ braids, and kids’ hairstyles, all tailored to meet the unique needs of my clients. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations & Rescheduling We kindly ask for at least 24–48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service. No-Show Policy Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service cost. Future bookings may require full prepayment. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled or shortened, and the cancellation fee may apply. Deposits All deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred if you reschedule within the allowed timeframe. Emergency Situations We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you. By booking an appointment, you agree to this policy.
